Technical Growth Marketing Intern (AI Focused)

About the Role We are seeking an ambitious, tech-savvy Technical Growth Marketing Intern to act as the AI-driven execution engine for our brands and core SaaS products. This will be an paid remote internship.

We need a dedicated partner to scale this knowledge into high-quality, authentic content. Your job is to be the bridge between our raw technical expertise and our audience. You will act as the "AI Operator" and Editor for the company. extracting insights from our team via quick voice notes or bullet points, and using modern AI tools to transform those ideas into engaging technical content.

Additionally, we heavily practice the concept of "marketing as code." We treat our marketing workflows and automations with the same rigor as our software engineering. In this role, you will get hands-on practice building and running these automated systems, using our own tool, https://hypecruise.com, as a core part of your daily marketing stack.

This role involves working closely with the executive team. You will receive dedicated mentorship on business strategy, SaaS growth, and how to build modern AI content workflows that multiply output by 10x.

What You Will Do

• The "Extraction" Process: Interview key stakeholders for 15 minutes a day, reviewing rough voice notes and brain-dumps on complex technical and business challenges.

• AI Content Operations: Write and refine advanced AI prompts to transform raw technical ideas into polished LinkedIn posts, Twitter threads, SaaS product updates, and blog articles.

• Marketing as Code & Automation: Implement and manage automated content pipelines. You will get practical experience building workflows that connect AI models, data sources, and distribution channels to scale our marketing efforts programmatically.

• Hypecruise Integration: Use Hypecruise closely to execute, manage, and scale our marketing and community engagement strategies natively.

• Maintain "The Taste": AI can write, but it lacks taste. You will be responsible for the final 20% polish—ensuring the tone is authentic, the formatting is native to the platform, and the visual aesthetics are modern and engaging.

• SaaS Product Marketing: Translate complex software architecture, features, and updates into compelling, benefit-driven marketing copy for our SaaS products.

Who You Are

• You have exceptional "taste" in marketing. You consume native content on LinkedIn/Twitter and instinctively know the difference between a generic, boring AI post and a punchy, highly readable hook.

• You have a technical baseline. You don’t need to be a senior software engineer, but you should understand how SaaS businesses work, have an interest in tech, and feel comfortable translating technical concepts for broader audiences.

• You are an AI native. You are comfortable using AI tools to accelerate your workflow. You view AI as an exoskeleton to make you faster, not a crutch to do the thinking for you.

• You are highly autonomous. You take ownership of projects, figure things out independently, and thrive in an asynchronous, remote environment.
